These terms apply to texttonotebook.com (“the Service”), operated by StackDuo (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or buying credits you accept them.
1. What the Service does
Text to Notebook converts text you provide into an image of handwriting on ruled notebook paper. You may type the text, paste it, or import it from a PDF. The output is an image file, and a PDF made from those images, which you download.
2. Accounts
You need an account to generate pages. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done through your account. One person should use one account. We may suspend an account that is being used to abuse the Service.
3. Credits and pricing
Generating one page costs one credit. Credits are sold in packs of 100 for ₹100, which is ₹1 per page. All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
New accounts receive 10 free credits. Free credits carry no cash value and cannot be refunded or transferred.
Credits are added to your account only after the payment provider confirms your payment. They do not expire. They cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details. Your payment is subject to Cashfree's own terms as well as these.
5. Your content
The text you enter stays yours. We do not claim any rights over it. Pages are generated in your own browser, and drafts you save are stored in your browser, not on our servers.
You must have the right to use any text you put into the Service. Do not use it for anything unlawful, or to create documents intended to deceive — for example forging someone's signature, impersonating another person, or passing off generated work as handwriting it is not.
6. Fonts and intellectual property
The handwriting fonts, the site design and the software are owned by StackDuo or licensed to it. You may use the images you generate however you like, including commercially. You may not extract, copy or redistribute the fonts or any other part of the site.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the Service running but do not guarantee it will be available without interruption. We may change or withdraw features. Generation runs in your browser, so very large documents may be slow or may fail on older devices.
8. Liability
The Service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
